    At Skate for Freedom, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

    Damaged or Defective Items

    If your painting arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, offer either:

    • A replacement at no extra cost

    • A full refund

    Incorrect Orders

    If you receive the wrong design or size due to our mistake, we will cover the cost of replacement or provide a full refund.

    Non-Returnable Items

    • Custom SkateForFreedom Stickers

    • Clearance or final sale items.

    How to Request a Return or Refund

    • Email me at natalie.emrath@gmail.com with your order number, photos, as well as a short description of the problem.

    • Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.

    • If approved, we’ll issue a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

    Refund Processing

    Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days once approved.
