At Deck Designs', we embody the mantra "Uniquely Yours." Now, you can send in your OWN decks (whether they are already designed or not) to be customized with either a design from our website or a unique creation of your own. This service allows for further personalization and costs less, making your skateboard not only a statement of style but a budget-friendly option. Simply send your blank deck to our PO box (address below) and watch as authentic artistry transforms it into a one-of-a-kind masterpiece. This option allows YOUR board to truly reflect your individuality. Customers can send in their skateboards to be customized with either a design already on the Deck Designs website, or a custom one. This allows for further personalization (and costs less). The board CAN already have a design on it that we can remove - include this in your customization description.

  • Return policy: Return & Refund Policy

    At Deck Designs, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

    Custom Skateboard Designs

    Because our skateboards are custom-made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom designs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

    Damaged or Defective Items

    If your skateboard arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, offer either:

    • A replacement at no extra cost, or

    • A full refund.

    Incorrect Orders

    If you receive the wrong design or size due to our mistake, we will cover the cost of replacement or provide a full refund.

    Non-Returnable Items

    • Clearance or final sale items.

    How to Request a Return or Refund

    • Email me at natalie.emrath@gmail.com with your order number, photos, as well as a short description of the problem.

    • Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.

    • If approved, we’ll issue a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

    Refund Processing

    Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days once approved.
